I’ve gotten a few questions about the Summer Health & Fitness Challenge so I thought I would answer them all below. If you have a question that these FAQ don’t answer, leave a comment below and I will answer the question.

Q: When does the challenge start?
A: The challenge starts on Monday, April 20th
Q: How long does the challenge last?
A: The challenge will be 5 weeks long, ending on Memorial Day (May 25th)
Q: What do I get as part of the challenge?
A: You will get all content published to get fit and glam PLUS exclusive challenge content (including personal meal plans and workouts). You will also get support and check-ins to help you stay on track to reach your goals.
Q: Is the challenge just about weight loss?
A: No! The challenge is about reaching your health and fitness goals. It could be something like running a mile or fitting back into your cut-off shorts. All goals are good goals.
Q: What are these prizes? How can I win one?
A: Throughout the challenge, we will have health and wellness related prizes that participants can win. In order to win, all you need to do is participate in the challenge. There is no prize for the “most weight lost” or anything like that. You can win just by showing up.
