weigh-in wednesday: june 4

Overall, this week went pretty well. It was the start of my Lean in 13 challenge and I’ve really enjoyed the discipline and seeing progress each day. In my first week of the challenge, I have lost 2.6 lbs!

Things I Did Well This Week

  • Stayed on track (even on the weekend) with Lean in 13
  • Drank a lot more water
  • Increased my protein intake (much easier thanks to Advocare products)

Things To Work on Next Week

  • Keep it up and get in a few more workouts!

Total weight lost =  22.1 lbs
