I love getting multiple meals out of the same dinner but sometimes I get tired of leftovers. That’s why I like turning them into something new and still delicious for dinner. Here is my recipe for Easy Leftover Steak Sandwiches using the leftovers from my London Broil recipe.
Easy Leftover Steak Sandwiches
- Sandwich rolls, 1 per person
- Leftover London Broil, very thinly sliced, 4 slices per sandwich (or as much as you prefer)
- Swiss cheese, 2 slices per sandwich (or as much as you prefer)
Slice the rolls and lay out on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Spread a thin layer of butter on the bread (open face side). Top with the sliced London Broil on one side of each sandwich. Place in over for 5-7 minutes until bread is toasted and meat is heated through. Switch oven to broil. Take out cookie sheet and put a slice of cheese over the meat (you may need to fold in half, depending on the shape of your roll). Place cookie sheet under broiler for a few minutes until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
