I wanted to share these delicious cookies that I made the other night. The best part (aside from the gooey chocolate)– they don’t have any added sugar.
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Cookies (makes 15)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used Ghiradelli 60% dark baking chips)
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Mash banana in a bowl using a fork. Add in old-fashioned oats, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips and combine.
Place dough in rounded spoonfuls onto a lined cookie sheet.
Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cookies darken. Take out of the oven, cool, and store in an airtight container.
